Event Details:

  • 400 Tickets Available: Expect a lively crowd of wine enthusiasts ready to taste and enjoy.

  • Token System: Each ticket holder will receive tokens to redeem for 1-ounce pours, and your winery will collect one token per pour.

Wine Selection:

  • Pour Two Wines: We recommend offering a white/rosé and a red to cater to all tastes, ensuring your wines stand out at the event.

Payment/Check-out Process:

  • Reimbursement Made Simple: You’ll be reimbursed based on tokens collected and verified on confirmed bottles poured (20 pours per bottle) - based on wholesale price (may be adjusted due to wholesale price).

  • The Grape Room: We’re excited to invite our participating wineries to the Grape Room—a relaxed space to unwind, sample wines, and enjoy some snacks while we process your Wine Walk checkout. We’ll do our best to keep things smooth and speedy!

Wine Sales:

  • Sell Your Wine On-Site: We’ll sell your wines at your retail price (minus volume discounts) from a designated sales window, so attendees can purchase without the hassle of carrying bottles around. Plus, you’re welcome to bring extra wine for sale.

  • Instant Payment: Payment for all bottles sold will be made the night of the event!

Volume Discounts:

  • 1-5 Bottles: Retail price

  • 6-11 Bottles: 10% discount

  • 12+ Bottles: 20% discount

Suggested Wine Quantity:

  • Based on past events, we recommend bringing one case of each wine for tasting and 2-3 cases for sale. Any unsold wine will be returned to you after the event.
