We just love ice cream!
In May 2016, long time Burien residents, Dan and Kim Fabrizio, were driving down 152nd street when the discussion started that it had been too long since there had been an ice cream shop in town.
Weeks of discussion became months of research, study and experimentation. After sharing a wide variety of secret recipes with local experts (mostly kids and grandkids), it became obvious there was only one decision left.
Sweet Breeze opened its doors in January 12th 2017.
Although it took months for the sun to come out (who opens an ice cream shop in the coldest winter in 32 years??) the happy customers kept us busy as we prepared for summer!
Recipes that started in Kim's kitchen found their rightful spot the case at Sweet Breeze. All of the ice cream and non-dairy treats are made on site, from scratch with care and expertise.
